€199 once: offline npm package with full KoSIT schema and Schematron checks, pinned rules and licences. 365 days of downloads and tested updates when released; no automatic renewal. The downloaded version continues working without activation or document quotas. Requires Node 20+ and Java 21+ installed separately on Windows, macOS or Linux.

Statutory rights remain intact. Refunds revoke further downloads; downloaded copies cannot be remotely disabled. No uptime SLA or bespoke integration support.

Offline validation does not send invoice content to Invoice Bridge. The remote API is a separate optional workflow and is currently disabled. Checkout and payments are processed by Stripe.
