One completed analysis uses one credit, including a report with errors. Rejected files and service failures cost no credits. Identical retries with the same idempotency key return the original result without another debit.

GET /metered/balance with the same Bearer key

Required fields, duplicate IDs, price and currency format, availability, URL syntax and CSV structure. Up to 50 KB per feed within a 64 KB JSON request, 5,000 products and 500 findings. No remote URL fetching, image checks, GTIN verification or approval guarantee. Independent of Google.

Recharge the key you already use.

Buy another 1,000-check package through the same checkout. Before revealing its key, send its private payment reference to the recharge endpoint using your existing API key. Each purchase keeps its own 365-day expiry. The oldest credits are spent first; no expiry extension or automatic rollover.

A purchase can be redeemed once. At zero balance the API returns 402 and stops processing. No overage fees. Keep payment references and keys private; never embed keys in browser code.

Terms, privacy and refunds

This package supplies product-feed structural checks only. It excludes invoice validation, monitoring, alerts and offline licences. Credits are not money, cannot be withdrawn and are not transferable between customers.

Request a full refund within 14 days, including after use, at suporte@rohnelt.dev. A refund revokes the associated API account and all linked packages; contact support before combining purchases if you need separate access. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Processing takes place on our server in Brazil. Raw feeds are not saved. Private findings and idempotent responses may contain feed values and are retained until account expiry; payment references and key hashes support delivery and refunds. Do not send personal, sensitive or confidential data. Stripe processes payment details under its own policies. No advertising cookies. Ask support about access, correction or deletion.

Initial key validity is 365 days. Recharge before it expires; recharges do not extend the initial key lifetime. A fresh purchase can instead create a separate key. Availability is not guaranteed; retain your source files and review findings before upload.
